Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in architecture or engineering.
• PE or RA registration required.
• US Citizenship required due to project stipulations.
• Ability to obtain a US Government issued Secret level Security Clearance.
• In-depth understanding of national and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects, stakeholder interviews, and presentations.
• Manage design processes and provide technical expertise.
• Coordinate with technical disciplines for design implementations.
• Develop construction documents for Federal projects.
• Conduct on-site observations and compliance checks.
