Job summary

Raymond Engineering-Georgia, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Federal Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary A/E projects for federal clients. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, staffing, and profitability across IDIQ task orders, coordinating with internal disciplines, JV partners, and subconsultants.

The role requires a PE or RA license, 10+ years of federal project management, and experience with USACE, NAVFAC, and VA. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering or related field required.
• PE or RA/AIA license required.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of federal A/E projects and task orders from proposal through closeout.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, staffing, quality, and profitability.
• Lead pricing efforts and coordinate with internal disciplines and partners.
• Oversee projects as prime consultant, subcontractor, or JV partner.
• Participate in pre-bid site visits to refine scopes and pricing.
• Use Deltek Ajera to forecast workloads and track financials.
• Mentor Federal Project Managers on delivery processes and best practices.
