Job summary

Dynatech International seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst in Palm Bay, FL to develop accurate, competitive pricing for federal opportunities, manage bids from review to submission, and balance compliance with profitability. You will collaborate across BD, estimating, contracts, finance, and program teams to build cost models and justify pricing decisions.

The role emphasizes ensuring adherence to FAR/DFARS/CAS and maintaining audit-ready documentation while supporting multiple bids concurrently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• At least five years pricing or estimating experience in a federal government contracting environment.
• Experience preparing complex cost and price proposals, supporting cost volumes, and interpreting government solicitation requirements.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and CAS requirements as applicable to the contracts being priced.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis, and financial modeling; proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs, IFBs, amendments, and pricing templates to identify submission requirements and risks.
• Coordinate with estimating and technical teams to develop bases of estimate (BOEs) and staffing levels.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor pricing data calls; assess responses for completeness and reasonableness.
• Develop and maintain detailed cost models for labor, indirect rates, escalation, materials, and ODCs.
• Prepare complete cost and price volumes, pricing narratives, and supporting schedules for submission.
• Support price-to-win analysis and competitive assessments using market research and historical costs.
