Job summary

9th Way Insignia seeks a Proposal Pricing Analyst to develop and finalize cost and pricing proposals in compliance with FAR/DFARS and client requirements. You will model costs, analyze data, and coordinate with technical and management teams to ensure price-to-win success.

The role requires 3–5 years of federal pricing experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. Salary range $80,000–$95,000 USD with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of federal proposal pricing or cost analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and financial modeling.
• Understanding of FAR/DFARS and federal contracting regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs/RFQs and other pricing requirements.
• Develop detailed cost models and pricing strategies aligned with proposals.
• Collaborate with technical, program management, and subcontractor teams for inputs.
• Perform cost and price analyses to ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS.
• Prepare Basis of Estimates, cost narratives, and price-to-win analyses.
• Coordinate with BD to integrate pricing with technical volumes.
