Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an experienced Pricing Analyst to lead development of cost and price proposals for Federal IT services, including task orders and recompetes. The role involves building advanced Excel models, analyzing RFP requirements, and coordinating pricing inputs across Capture, Contracts, Finance, HR, and Subcontracts.

The candidate will contribute to pricing strategies using market data, risk analyses, and historical data, and will ensure audit-ready volumes and narratives for leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive pricing or financial analysis for U.S. Federal Government services contracts.
• Experience developing Federal cost/price proposals and complex Excel-based pricing models.
• Familiarity with contract types such as FFP, T&M, LH, CPFF and other cost-reimbursement structures.
• Experience with labor-based pricing, escalation, and fee/profit.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development of cost and price proposals for Federal IT services opportunities, including task orders and recompetes.
• Build, maintain, and quality-check complex Excel-based pricing models addressing solicitation requirements and cost drivers.
• Analyze RFP/RFQ requirements, pricing instructions, and compliance; identify pricing questions and risks for the proposal team.
• Develop cost-volume schedules and coordinate pricing inputs across multiple departments.
• Assist in developing pricing strategies using competitive analysis, market intelligence, and risk analyses.
• Prepare audit-ready cost/price volumes, supporting schedules, and pricing narratives.
