Job summary

GSA seeks an Acquisition Project Manager to lead IT/PS projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and guiding cost-reimbursable contracts to meet agency needs. You will coordinate with interagency teams and assist in drafting SOWs/PWS while maintaining tight financial oversight.

Applicants should have Federal-level experience in project management, contract administration, and procurement practices, with a focus on CPAF/CPFF contracts and risk management.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience managing cost reimbursable contracts (e.g., CPAF and CPFF) for IT/PS projects.
• At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12 in Federal service.

Responsibilities

• Manage PM activities to meet IT/PS needs in an economical, effective manner.
• Facilitate interagency agreements and assist with SOWs/PWS; collaborate with Contracting Officers.
• Serve as a GSA liaison to the client and understand the portfolio's technical environment.
