Job summary

Government Acquisitions Inc. (GAI) is seeking an enthusiastic Program Manager to manage complex IT contracts in support of the Sales Team and other management-assigned projects.

The role requires 2+ years of program management in IT sales (government preferred) and 5+ years with federal government programs; PMP certification is highly preferred. This remote, full-time position includes health, vision and dental benefits, PTO and a 401K.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred.
• 2 years of Program Management experience in IT sales marketplace (Government preferred).
• 5 years minimum with Federal Government sales/programs.
• PMP Certification (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts as assigned by management.
• Understand all aspects/requirements of the Contract and articulate those requirements to key departments.
• Interface with all Customer, Partner, and GAI internal contacts assigned to the SOW.
• Coordinate all required meetings and calls.
• Set and manage all calls/meetings necessary to complete all requirements outlined in the SOW.
• Attend all required calls/meetings/training.
• Escalate any issues/delays to the appropriate group and work plan to resolve.
• Set up, review, and submit required reports and documentation.
• Train all GAI personnel on an as-needed basis regarding their responsibilities under assigned contracts.
• Work with GAI Accounting to ensure proper and timely invoicing per the SOW.
