Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks an experienced Finance Project Manager to oversee financial and procurement services for a major Federal initiative. The role requires interaction with DOJ staff and management of a small finance analytics team.

The position emphasizes strict QA, timely delivery, and training staff on database updates. Candidates should have 4+ years supervisory experience, knowledge of SAS, and eligibility for a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• At least four years of supervisory and management experience in financial systems.
• Proven ability to interact with clients and attorneys effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple complex, time-critical activities simultaneously.
• Expert knowledge of Finance Systems including SAS; strong writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with government data processing environments and related tools.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing workflows in the Office of Financial and Procurement Services.
• Perform and supervise financial and procurement services.
• Maintain frequent contact with Government Case Managers and DOJ staff to ensure compliance.
• Lead a small team of financial analysts and provide QA to ensure timely, high-quality work.
• Train staff on entering and updating data in proprietary databases.
