Job summary

SD Solutions, LLC is seeking a Financial Program Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of Federal financial-management activities across the CS-OPS program. Qualifications

• Experience in Federal financial-management or comparable operations.
• Experience with activity-based cost modeling and cost-model development.
• Experience analyzing cost data, including data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain technical/business documentation and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial-management activities across CS-OPS workstreams and reporting cycles.
• Support FASS operations, cost-management activities, and financial reporting.
• Assist with activity-based costing, cost allocation, and customer billing analyses.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, annual, and fiscal year-end activities.
• Track milestones, risks, actions, dependencies, and resources.
• Review financial analyses and customer-facing reports for accuracy.
• Support leadership briefings and decision-support products.
• Maintain program documentation, SOPs, workflows, and audit-support materials.
• Coordinate work among financial analysts and operations specialists.
