Job summary

SD Solutions, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the senior contractor representative for the ICE OCFO CS-OPS task order, overseeing overall management, tasking, and performance across multiple projects and teams.

You will coordinate contractor personnel, manage schedules and deliverables, and participate in Government meetings while ensuring mature program controls and risk management. A PMP or equivalent certification, plus federal financial management experience, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum five years of executive-level program management overseeing multiple projects and teams.
• PM certification such as PMP, FAC P/PM Level II, or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of Federal Financial Management experience.
• Experience managing personnel across multiple labor categories and skills.
• Strong executive-level written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall task-order performance across program management, customer service operations, data optimization, and process improvement.
• Coordinate tasking and workload assignments for contractor personnel and supervise staff across labor categories.
• Manage technical performance, schedule, quality, risk, staffing, deliverables, and subcontractor performance.
• Provide required program reports and participate in meetings with Government stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain project plans, schedules, communications, risk-management practices, and performance controls.
• Support transition, onboarding, knowledge transfer, continuity of operations, and maintenance of the Master Integrated Program Plan and Schedule (MIPPS).
• Escalate project issues promptly to appropriate Government contracting and program officials.
• Maintain executive-level communications and support business-case development and Federal financial management.
