Job summary

SD Solutions, LLC is building a team to support U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and its Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Financial Management (OFM).

The Financial Program Manager will coordinate planning, execution, and reporting across CS-OPS workstreams, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-documented delivery. The role involves supporting activity-based costing, cost modeling, and government-facing briefings, while maintaining SOPs, workflows, and audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience supporting federal financial-management operations.
• Experience with activity-based costing and cost-model development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial-management activities across CS-OPS workstreams.
• Support FASS operations, cost-management, and financial reporting.
• Support activity-based costing, cost allocation, and billing analyses.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, annual, and fiscal year-end activities.
• Track milestones, risks, actions, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Review analyses and reports for accuracy and traceability.
• Support leadership briefings and decision-support products.
• Maintain program documentation, SOPs, workflows, and audit materials.
• Coordinate work among financial analysts and operations specialists.
