Financial Program ManagerFull Time United StatesDescription**Position Summary**The Financial Program Manager will support planning, coordination, and execution of Federal financial-management activities across the CS-OPS program. The role will help integrate financial operations, customer-service support, schedules, reporting cycles, analytics, and special projects while ensuring timely, accurate, and well-documented delivery.**Key Responsibilities*** Coordinate financial-management activities across CS-OPS workstreams and recurring reporting cycles.* Support Financial and Accounting Shared Services (FASS) operations, cost-management activities, and financial reporting.* Support activity-based cost modeling, cost allocation, customer billing methodologies, and related analyses.* Coordinate monthly, quarterly, annual, and fiscal year-end activities.* Track milestones, risks, actions, dependencies, deliverables, and resource requirements.* Review financial analyses and customer-facing reports for accuracy, completeness, and traceability.* Support Government leadership briefings, meetings, and decision-support products.* Maintain program documentation, SOPs, workflows, schedules, and audit-support materials.* Coordinate work among financial analysts and business/financial operations specialists.**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Management, IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.* Demonstrated experience supporting Federal financial-management or comparable financial operations.* Demonstrated experience with activity-based cost modeling and cost-model development.* Experience analyzing financial/shared-services cost data, including data extraction, transformation, and reporting.* Strong oral and written communication skills.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project, and/or SharePoint as applicable to assigned duties.* Ability to develop and maintain technical/business documentation, SOPs, requirements, and workflows.**Preferred Qualifications*** Prior DHS and/or ICE experience.* Experience supporting Federal financial management or financial shared-services environments.* Experience with activity-based costing, cost allocation, customer billing, or related financial analytics.* Project/program management certification or formal project-management training.* Experience coordinating fiscal year-end, audit support, SLA/RWA, or recurring customer financial reporting.**Program Requirements*** Must be a U.S. citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.* Must be able to successfully complete the DHS ICE background investigation required before performing work on the task order.* Must be available to support the proposed CS-OPS program following contract award and onboarding.**About the Opportunity**SD Solutions is building a team to support U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Financial Management (OFM), Customer Service Operations.
