Job summary

ImpecGroup is seeking a Project Manager – Facility Services in Santa Clara, CA to coordinate facility and construction projects from planning through completion. You will partner with Program Managers, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires PM experience in facilities or construction, strong communication, and proficiency with MS 365 and related tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, construction, facility services, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project surveys, estimating, and client quotations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and documentation.
• Prepare purchase orders, subcontracts, invoices, and billing.
• Provide project updates and maintain client communication.
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
• Support contract negotiations, scope development, and seamless project transitions from sales through execution.
• Track business development activities, opportunities, and project pipeline using the company CRM.
• Maintain relationships with clients to identify follow-on projects, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings, site walks, networking events, and industry conferences to support sales growth.
• Partner with Business Development and Program Managers to prepare proposals, estimates, presentations, and client solution strategies.
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying client needs and expanding services within existing and prospective accounts.
