Impec Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to support facilities initiatives, including MAC work orders, furniture installations, and small projects. You will coordinate with site PMs and vendors to keep work flowing smoothly.

The role emphasizes documentation, procurement, budgeting support, and administrative tasks to ensure project delivery. Proficiency with MS Office and project-tracking tools is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial project coordination, facilities management, or procurement.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project-tracking tools.
• Experience with vendor management and PO processing.
• Able to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with MAC, furniture installs, or small-scale construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage MAC work orders and track progress.
• Coordinate furniture installations and small projects across sites.
• Support site PMs with scheduling, logistics, and documentation.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, and invoices.
• Identify process improvements and ensure compliance with design standards.
