Qualifications

• BS in Construction, CM, Engineering, QS, Architecture or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer to identify savings and ensure material substitutions are equivalent.
• Manage on-site project stakeholders and communications with client teams.
• Prepare project management plan and fee budget at project outset.
• Evaluate documents and convey client goals to project team.
• Develop action plans and guide the team through project phases.
• Re-evaluate contract scope and adjust as necessary to meet goals.
• Coordinate with cost management for cost estimates and budget reconciliation.
• Organize project records and documentation.
• Drive permitting with local, state, and federal agencies.
