Job summary

Bronco Wine Company is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and facility upkeep tasks. You will ensure buildings, grounds, equipment, and work areas remain safe, clean, and functional.

This temporary, onsite role supports daily operations with preventive maintenance, painting, minor repairs, and general labor across the facility and surrounding property. The position requires physical stamina and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year or more of general maintenance/related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance practices and repair techniques.
• Experience with painting, drywall repair, and facility upkeep.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Interior and exterior painting and touch-ups.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, and grounds for maintenance needs.
• Perform minor repairs to walls, doors, windows, flooring and fixtures.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical tasks.
• Replace bulbs, ballasts, filters, and related components.
• Maintain appearance via cleaning, painting, and pressure washing.
• Support improvement projects and renovations.
• Set up and move furniture and equipment.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Trash removal and grounds maintenance.
• Track maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Complete work orders and records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
