Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 5+ years in project management or analytics in facilities/real estate.
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques and processes.
• Strong presentation skills to communicate strategies and solutions.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple programs or projects to ensure components are identified, assigned, completed, and implemented.
• Prioritize and align network expansion, fiscal year and tech enablement projects with customer expectations.
• Drive asset optimization and ensure on-time delivery within spec.
• Oversee vendor performance and accountability to contracts, funding, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance and mitigate risk across regulatory and internal policies.
• Develop policies, procedures and job aids for consistent application.
• Participate in capital planning and annual budget development aligned to the fiscal plan.
• Travel as required and perform other duties as needed.
