FedEx Freight is seeking a regional Facility Manager to lead Facility Advisors and Maintenance Technicians across a defined area. You will optimize in-house work, drive cost avoidance, and monitor vendor spend while ensuring service excellence and compliance with policies.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5 years of facility/project management. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills are essential, with travel expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years facility/project management experience.
• Knowledge of LTL trucking facilities preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead a staff of Facility Advisors and Facility Maintenance Technicians.
• Monitor workload and prioritize in-house work over outsourcing.
• Reduce vendor spend by identifying internal execution opportunities.
• Develop cost-effective scopes of work aligned with goals.
• Analyze regional repair costs and technician productivity.
• Provide performance reporting and insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as required.
