Job summary

FedEx Freight is seeking a program and project leader to optimize the facilities network and manage lifecycle projects across expansions, technology enablement, and maintenance programs. You will prioritize initiatives, drive on-time delivery, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years of related PM/analytical experience in facility administration or real estate. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent plus five years of PM/analytical experience in facilities-related fields.
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques and processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple programs or projects to identify, assign, complete and implement.
• Prioritize network expansion, fiscal year, and technology enablement projects to meet customer expectations.
• Drive asset optimization and ensure on-time delivery to specification.
• Manage vendor performance and contractual adherence with funding approval.
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance and mitigate risk.
• Develop policies, procedures and job aids for consistent application.
• Contribute to facility capital planning and annual budgeting processes.
• Travel as required and perform other duties as needed.
