Job summary

FedEx Freight, Inc is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional efforts that optimize the facilities network, drive lifecycle project management for expansions, and oversee maintenance and repair programs.

The role emphasizes data-driven asset optimization, vendor accountability, regulatory compliance, and collaborative execution to deliver on-time, to-spec results while aligning with annual budgets and long-range plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 5 years in project management or analytics for facilities, construction, real estate, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques and processes.
• Strong presentation skills to communicate strategies and solutions.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytics and problem-solving.
• Solid time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple programs or projects to ensure components are identified, assigned, completed and implemented.
• Prioritize and align network expansion, fiscal year and tech enablement projects and maintenance programs to meet customer expectations.
• Drive asset optimization using data to deliver on-time, to-spec results for projects and maintenance.
• Lead vendor performance and accountability for contract adherence and funding.
• Ensure compliance and mitigate risk across regulatory and internal policies.
• Develop policies, procedures and job aids with consistent application.
• Contribute to facility capital planning, long-range outlooks and annual budgets.
• Comply with laws/regulations and company policies.
• Perform other duties as required.
