Job summary

FedEx Freight, Inc. is seeking a program manager to lead collaborative efforts to optimize the facilities network, manage lifecycle projects, and drive maintenance and repair programs.

You will steer multiple projects, prioritize network expansion, fiscal year and technology enablement initiatives, and ensure on-time delivery and adherence to specifications. The role emphasizes vendor performance, regulatory compliance, policy development, budgeting involvement, and broad cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus five years of PM or analytical experience
• Strong project management techniques and processes
• Excellent presentation skills to communicate strategies
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Solid time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple programs or projects to ensure components are identified, assigned, completed, and implemented
• Prioritize network expansion, fiscal year, and technology enablement projects to meet customer expectations
• Drive asset optimization with data to deliver on-time, spec-adherent results
• Manage vendor performance and contractual obligations with funding and continuous improvement
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance and develop policies, procedures and job aids
• Participate in facility capital, long-range outlooks, budgets and annual fiscal planning
