The Claremont Colleges Services seeks a Facilities Operations and Compliance Manager to lead Central Facilities Services. You will supervise administrative staff and the Custodial Supervisor, oversee budgets, asset control, and service delivery while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities include developing procedures, managing Work Control System (Azzier), coordinating with EH&S, and engaging vendors to ensure efficient operations and continuity of services for the

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years of progressively responsible experience managing facilities maintenance and operations, including supervising administrative staff and developing policies and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to insurer.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship not available at this time.
• Knowledge of building trades, accounting principles, risk management, and procurement standards.

• Oversee budgeting, pricing, billing, and reporting for Workday and other systems.
