Qualifications

• Education as stated: Associate's Degree with 10 years' facilities experience or Bachelor's with 8 years' in facilities operations.
• Supervisory experience managing facilities, personnel and multiple operating functions.
• Valid New York State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily Facilities operations across all College locations including maintenance and custodial services.
• Lead Facilities staff, staffing, performance management, training and labor relations.
• Oversee service delivery for work requests, moves, events, and campus services.
• Manage work-order/asset-management systems, maintenance programs, and performance standards.
• Plan and manage Campus Let projects and support the Facilities Master Plan.
• Oversee Facilities budget, procurement, contracts, vendors and expenditures.
• Ensure EH&S compliance, fire/life-safety, regulatory requirements and staff training.
• Direct emergency response and support college-wide emergency management.
