The Claremont Colleges Services in Claremont, CA, seeks an experienced Facilities Operations and Compliance Manager to lead Central Facilities Services (CFS). You will supervise administrative staff and the Custodial Supervisor, oversee budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality services across the department.

You will partner with EH&S and other departments to align operations with policy, manage the Work Control System, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years of progressively responsible experience managing facilities maintenance and operations, including supervising administrative staff and developing policies and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to TCCS’s automobile liability insurer; authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Direct supervision of administrative staff and the Custodial Supervisor with oversight of custodial team.
• Manage the Work Control System (Azzier) and ensure timely, accurate data entry and related billing processes.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and assist in multi-year operating budget planning and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate compliance activities with EH&S and internal departments; support regulatory inspections and reporting.
• Oversee contract services, vendor relations, and review of contracts and agreements.
