The Claremont Colleges Services is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations and Compliance Manager to lead Central Facilities Services. You will supervise administrative staff, oversee custodial operations, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance across departments.

Collaborate with EH&S and other units, drive continuous improvement, and respond to emergencies with sound judgment. Regular hours and on-site presence required at The Claremont Colleges in Claremont, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Four years of progressively responsible experience managing facilities maintenance and operations, including supervising administrative staff and developing policies and procedures.
• Experience managing preventive maintenance programs, complex budgets, and financial resources.

Responsabilités

• Assist in decision-making and develop policies, procedures, services, and goals for Central Facilities Services.
• Oversee budgeting, pricing for services, and billing/revenue in Workday financials.
• Manage Work Control System (Azzier) data integrity and reporting.
• Supervise administrative staff and Custodial Supervisor; provide coaching and development.
• Coordinate with EH&S and other departments for inspections and compliance.
