Job summary

The Analyst II at California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) performs the most complex space planning and facilities tasks, ensuring functional and compliant workspaces. You will coordinate with the Department of General Services on plans, specifications, contracts and leases.

Under the supervision of the Supervisor I, Facility Operations & Project Delivery, you will liaise across departments to support office operations, with DMV Pull Program participation and a requirement

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in space planning and facilities management.
• Strong coordination with multiple departments.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex space planning and facilities related tasks.
