• Liaise between tenants and ICC; manage communication and longer-term projects.
• Lead performance of service providers and subcontractors; ensure compliance.
• Drive strategic facility planning using benchmarks to optimize space and energy.
• Apply GMS principles to plan, execute, and sustain operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with GM safety standards and processes.
