McCluskey Chevrolet is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to supervise maintenance staff, oversee multiple dealership facilities, and coordinate with department leaders to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations. The role involves managing budgets, vendor contracts, and capital projects while maintaining high standards of facility appearance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience managing multiple facilities or locations preferred.
• Automotive dealership, body shop, industrial, commercial property, or multi-site maintenance experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of multiple dealership locations, including sales, service, collision centers, parts facilities, and administrative offices.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Ensure facilities meet safety, cleanliness, functionality, and appearance standards.
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, roofing, parking lots, and facility equipment.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and respond quickly to facility-related issues affecting operations.
• Manage facility improvement, renovation, and capital expenditure projects from planning through completion.
• Obtain bids, evaluate proposals, and negotiate contracts with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Monitor vendor performance for quality, timeliness, and cost control.
• Collaborate with General Managers and department heads to assess facility needs and prioritize initiatives.
• Promote safety and compliance with OSHA, EPA, local building codes and regulations.
