Job summary

Hines is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and operations at a leased site, with full authority over budget and site personnel. You will ensure top-tier client service by responding to requests via a central help desk, scheduling preventive maintenance, and coordinating with Corporate Real Estate teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business admin, facilities management, or engineering, plus 3+ years of real estate experience and supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, facilities management, or engineering is required.
• Three or more years of related real estate/facilities work experience.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and operations at a leased site with full budget authority and supervision of assigned personnel.
• Respond to client service requests via central help desk and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with landlord base building management and other corporate groups as needed.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and monthly variance reporting for the site.
• Review vendor invoicing and ensure proper backing for payments.
