WelbeHealth is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead the facilities portfolio and scale operations across multiple states. You will own strategy, policies, vendor partnerships, and capital planning to ensure safe, compliant environments for our participants and team members.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and a data-driven approach to cost optimization and service delivery. Base pay plus bonus, with competitive benefits and 401(k) matching.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or related field; relevant experience may be considered.
• Professional certification such as PMP, CFM, FMP, LEED preferred.
• Seven years of progressive facilities experience including multi-site operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead facilities strategy and grow scalable staffing, systems, and vendor requirements.
• Build repeatable processes to support market launches and multi-state operations.
• Own vendor portfolios and establish SLAs, contract reviews, and governance.
• Oversee facilities service platform and technology roadmap, including intake and escalation.
• Identify improvement opportunities via data and stakeholder feedback, driving measurable outcomes.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and governance for executive reviews.
• Support readiness for market launches and operational handoffs across sites.
