Job summary

Henkels & McCoy, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager for the Blue Bell, PA headquarters and related facilities.

You will oversee operations, maintenance, security, workplace technology, and administration while coordinating with leaders, landlords, and vendors to ensure a safe, compliant, and productive workplace. Responsibilities include managing preventive maintenance, capital projects, lease administration, budget planning, and emergency readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive facilities management experience.
• Experience managing corporate headquarters environments and capital projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of HQ and facilities.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs for building systems.
• Ensure operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Coordinate lease administration and real estate needs.
• Lead capital projects and workplace technology initiatives.
• Support HR, IT, and security programs for a productive workplace.
