Job summary

Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to provide financing options and protect profitability for new and used vehicle deals. You will coordinate with lenders, assemble paperwork, and ensure compliant, timely financing decisions for customers.

We value respectful communication, integrity, and strong teamwork. Prior dealership F&I or auto sales finance experience is preferred; references may be requested.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous dealership F&I or auto sales experience in financing is favored.
• References available upon request.

Responsibilities

• Treat every customer professionally and respectfully regardless of financing decision.
• Manage production of reserve income, F&I product penetrations, and per-vehicle retail averages.
• Set up monthly forecasts with sales; use forecasts to meet objectives.
• Submit paperwork to finance sources and finalize deals with accounting.
• Collect and safeguard money and fees in transactions.
• Assist in managing deal and cash flow per Contracts-In-Transit guidelines.
