Job summary

Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations for a full-service property. You will forecast, plan, hire, train and coach staff across restaurant, bar, kitchen, room service, grab & go and banquets to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

You will direct scheduling and budgeting, collaborate with sales and culinary teams, and strive to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of F&B supervisory experience in a hotel environment.
• 2-3 years of management experience.
• High school graduate.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the administration of F&B outlets to meet daily needs of operation.
• Direct short- and long-term planning for Restaurant, Bar, and To Go activities.
• Recruit, train and develop team members within the department.
• Lead and coach staff to achieve guest service and team satisfaction goals.
• Maintain high energy, positive attitude, and professional appearance.
• Develop and monitor schedules to ensure profitable restaurant, banquets, bar and in-room dining operations.
• Collaborate with culinary and sales teams to create appealing menus and marketing plans.
