Job summary

Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations across Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen, Room Service, Grab & Go, and Banquets. The role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences while forecasting, planning, and managing orders and staffing.

You will hire, train, schedule, and coach all F&B teams, develop creative menus with the culinary team, and partner with Sales to optimize revenue and profitability through strong leadership

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of F&B supervisory experience in a hotel environment.
• 2-3 years of management experience.
• High school graduate.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct administration of F&B outlets to meet the daily needs of operation.
• Responsible for short and long-term planning of all outlets including Restaurant, Bar, and To Go.
• Responsible for the selection, training and development of the team members within the department.
• Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and team satisfaction results.
• Full understanding of team engagement with guests.
• Develop and implement creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment.
• Develop and recommend the budget, marketing plans and objectives.
• Responsible for maintaining high energy, positive attitude, and professional appearance.
• Develop, implement and monitor schedules for the operation of restaurant, banquets, bar and in room dining teams to achieve profitable result.
• Participate with the culinary team, in the creation of attractive and merchandising menus designed to attract a predetermined customer market.
• Consult and work closely with the Director of Sales and Group Manager on a weekly basis as well as with other departments as necessary.

The F&B Manager's responsibilities include: delivering an excellent guest experience, forecasting, planning and managing all F&B orders (restaurant and kitchen), hiring, training, scheduling and counseling of all staff members in these departments. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
