Job summary

Serco is seeking a Program Manager (Supply Chain) to join the F-35 JPO support team in Crystal City/Arlington, VA. You will manage procurement metrics, enterprise programs, and PMO activities, delivering analysis and governance across acquisition processes.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with several years of related experience, and the ability to travel up to 10% to collaborate with stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of related work experience or an Associate's degree plus 10 years of related work experience.
• Experience in program management or business analysis related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management.
• Active DoD Secret Security clearance is required.
• Experience with MDAP support and Enterprise IMS scheduling is preferred.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management and analysis support across the F-35 JPO DA&A functions, including procurement metrics and process improvement.
• Assist in managing enterprise procurement and PMO activities, including risk and cost management.
• Support acquisition documents, SARs, CPARS, and JPO issuances.
• Contribute to affordability, data rights strategy, and Performance Based Regulation processes.
• Coordinate with the JPO, customer, and stakeholders to deliver timely and quality program outcomes.
• Travel up to 10% to support in-person collaboration and meetings.
