Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Configuration Management Analyst to support the F-35 JPO, working onsite at the JPO in Crystal City, VA. The role focuses on managing CM documentation, approvals of drawings and software changes, and guiding cross-functional teams in CM processes.

A DoD Secret clearance and relevant program management experience are required. The candidate will collaborate with the JPO and international partners, contribute to process improvement, and may lead CM analysts.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience or Associate's degree with 10 years total experience.
• 5+ years of program management, technical or business analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and establish configuration management documentation.
• Authorize release of drawings and software configurations.
• Provide guidance on methods, procedures, and requirements for documentation creation.
• Plan and implement methods to improve response times and effectiveness.
• May provide leadership for lower-level CM analysts and colleagues.
• Support JPO Change Review Board and Configuration Control Board processes.
• Assist International Directorate in supporting National Deputies and their assistants.
