Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Onsite support at JPO in Crystal City, VA 2–5 days/week, coordinated with Serco manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields or an Associates + 4 years experience (total 10 years).
• Minimum of 3 years out of 6 years of recent work experience related to international acquisition programs.
• Familiarity with DoD Instruction 5000.2, DoD Directive 5530.03, and IC in AT&L Handbook.
• Knowledge of SA/SC programs, including FMS sales process from case development to closure.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Intelligence – support FCAT across threat, SA/SC, and intel disclosure.
• Ensure intelligence equities for fielding and exporting F-35 are defined and sustained.
• Manage Air System Requirements assessment, development, and approval with external stakeholders.
• Develop the F-35 Flight Plan and advise on new requirements and milestones.
• Research and Technology activities to identify tech solutions for the F-35 PoR.
• Strategic Acquisition planning to integrate capability requirements into PoR and PMOs.
• Integrate policy in National Defense Strategy into JPO Program Strategy and liaise with stakeholders.
• Lead Goverance structures (RWG, OAG, SWG, JESB) and support CSB requirements.
