Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support the F-35 JPO AV T&E PMO in Crystal City, VA. You will help manage lifecycle costs, schedules, and performance for aircraft, avionics, and weapon integration, coordinating with SLT, PMOs, and DoD stakeholders.

The role requires active DoD Secret clearance, a master’s or bachelor’s with extensive PM/technical experience, and strong data management capabilities. Travel up to 10% and onsite presence are expected.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Master’s degree with 10+ years in PM/technical/business analysis.
• Or Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years in PM/technical/business analysis.
• Experience in weapon systems acquisition and lifecycle management.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support at the F-35 JPO in Crystal City, VA.
• Coordinate programmatic integration across F-35 Enterprise.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive T&E strategy.
• Assist data collection and ensure data integrity.
• Support test event scheduling and resource management.
