Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Program Manager (Supply Chain) for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office. The role is based in Crystal City, Arlington, VA, with onsite support required at the JPO two days per week and potential for more to meet customer needs.

The incumbent will manage procurement metrics, support FIAR, IP, IMS scheduling, PMO integration, and major program reviews, leveraging DoD acquisition knowledge and leadership experience in defense programs.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate’s degree plus 10 years of experience.
• Experience in program management and life cycle management of weapon systems.
• 2 years in support of a Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP).
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Assist DA&A in managing procurement and enterprise procurement metrics.
• Provide program management and analysis support in FIAR, earned value, and data rights strategy.
• Assist DA&A in PMT management, small business contracting and scheduling (IMS).
• Assist DA&A in managing the PMO Integration Council.
• Support DA&A in leading PMR, War on Cost, Affordability Summit, and ESG.
• Assist with acquisition documents and related reporting materials.
