Job summary

Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service is seeking a full‑time on‑site Program Associate in Little Rock, AR. You will support planning, coordination, and implementation of extension programs, organize materials, and assist with outreach efforts while collecting data and preparing reports.

You will collaborate with faculty, staff, and community partners to ensure programs are accessible, effective, and aligned with the mission of the Extension Service.

Qualifications

• Ability to support Program Management activities, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of program initiatives.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills to work effectively with diverse participants, colleagues, and community partners.
• Analytical Skills to collect, interpret, and summarize program data, feedback, and outcomes.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with stakeholders and preparing clear materials.
• Research skills to assist in gathering information, supporting evidence‑based program development, and maintaining accurate records.
• Familiarity with community outreach or education programs, preferably in agriculture, family and consumer sciences, or youth development.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and basic data entry.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
