Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
Two years of experience in business office practices or program administration.
Preferred: administrative experience in a law office and notary qualifications.

Responsibilities

Assist supervising attorneys with clients and teaching responsibilities.
Prepare correspondence and legal documents.
Create and maintain client/case files using case-management software.
Screen new clients for conflicts of interest with case management software.
Process travel and reimbursement documents for supervising attorneys and students.
Prepare and mail regular and certified mail.
Assist with student applications and enrollment for clinic courses.
Maintain budget spreadsheets and track expenditures for clinical programs.
Attend trainings to maintain or improve job performance.
