Job summary

PRA Business Events is seeking an Experience Designer in Hawaii to lead complete costing and budgeting for client programs. You will source elements, validate supplier pricing, and build detailed line-item costed proposals that align with client objectives.

Collaborating with Sales, Creative, and Operations, you will translate concepts into executable, profitable solutions while maintaining accuracy and timely handoffs to the Event Producer.

Qualifications

• Experience in event management or destination management.
• Proven ability to develop detailed budgets and supplier pricing.
• Strong accuracy in costing, quantities, and program documentation.
• Excellent communication for clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple programs with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete program costing with line-item detail and supporting information.
• Own costing process from supplier outreach to final proposal review.
• Validate supplier pricing and applicable charges before costing.
• Calculate quantities/costs based on guest counts and specs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Creative, and Operations to propose costed solutions.
