Job summary

MSQ DX in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an Experience Design Director to unite UX and UI across digital experiences, from websites to applications, grounded in user needs and business goals.

You will partner with strategy to translate research into user flows, prototypes, and scalable design systems, while leading a team of designers and collaborating with strategists, developers, and content teams. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Pay range: $135,000–$165,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in digital-first environments.
• 10+ years designing digital experiences across platforms.
• Deep Figma expertise guiding design system architecture.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and other industry-standard tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end translation of design decisions.
• Experience with DXP implementations (Sitecore/Optimizely) and collaborating with technical leads.
• Experience leading UX strategy on client engagements from discovery to delivery.
• Agency/consultancy background managing multiple clients and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set the design vision and quality bar for digital experiences across client websites and applications.
• Lead and mentor designers, providing direction and feedback on projects.
• Own design system strategy, governance and standards across engagements.
• Partner with Strategy on user research, workshops, and usability testing.
• Help clients build experience roadmaps prioritizing impact, value, and feasibility.
• Produce user flows and support sitemaps and content hierarchies.
• Create intuitive and visually compelling interfaces.
• Collaborate with strategists, developers and content teams.
