Job summary
Kids2 in Atlanta seeks a Senior Manager, UX & Digital Design to define and lead the user experience strategy for our global digital ecosystem. You will translate consumer insights into intuitive, accessible experiences aligned with business goals across brand sites and campaigns.
You will establish UX best practices, governance, and scalable design systems, while mentoring the Senior Digital Designer and partnering with Marketing, eCommerce, IT, and Development to deliver responsive experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX, HCI, digital design, or related field.
- 7–10 years in UX, product design, or digital experience.
- 3+ years leading UX initiatives for enterprise websites.
- Experience mentoring design professionals.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead UX strategy across digital ecosystem.
- Develop user journeys, IA, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Champion user-centered design through research and testing.
- Improve usability, accessibility, engagement, and conversion.
- Establish governance and scalable design systems.
- Lead Senior Digital Designer and provide direction.
- Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Development.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, mobile-first experiences.
- Present UX insights to leadership.
- Stay updated on UX methods and AI-powered design tools.
