Job summary

ANSER is seeking an Exercise Planner (senior or mid-level) to support MARFORPAC exercises and events in the PACOM AOR. You will assist joint and combined training, HQs and subcomponents, coordinating planning across the Joint Event Life Cycle.

You will plan FTXs, CPXs, TTXs and SLS, manage logistics, document lessons learned, and support JOPES/DCAPES/TPFDD. A TS clearance with SCI eligibility and 4+ years of staff-level experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree; associates with 3 years practical experience considered.
• 4+ years of staff-level experience at general/flag level operational or strategic commands.
• Experience planning/executing CPXs/FTXs within PACOM AOR (preferred).
• Knowledge of Pacific theater and inter-nation interactions.
• Operational/logistical experience in PACOM AOR and Theater Security Cooperation (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate FTXs, CPXs, TTXs, SLS and training events.
• Plan exercise operations using objectives, MARFORPAC capabilities, deployment needs and resources.
• Support exercise planning across the Joint Event Life Cycle.
• Participate in planning meetings and develop plans documentation.
• Assist observer/controller activities and document lessons learned.
• Support exercise database management via JTIMS and other DOW apps.
• Provide JOPES, DCAPES and TPFDD support as needed.
• Support training plans and program development.
• Support Theater Security Cooperation plans and activities.
