Job summary

Peraton seeks a Senior Business and Financial Operations Specialist (Exercise Planner) to support USARPAC from Fort Shafter, Hawaii. You will lead exercise planning across the Pacific, integrating space operations and producing planning documentation and briefs.

Required are 12+ years of program management experience at brigade level or above, active Secret clearance, and travel up to 20%. The position emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and cross‑agency coordination in a defense context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; graduate-level preferred.
• 15+ years of combined experience in business and financial operations or exercise planning.
• Experience at brigade level or above and with Joint/Component Exercise Programs.
• Familiarity with MDMP, ADM, JPP, and Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).
• Active Secret Clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate exercise planning and direction for joint Army-to-Army exercises in the Pacific theater.
• Enhance capacity-building exercises and information exchanges.
• Provide planning services to support security cooperation programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate goals with future operations and exercise planning.
• Develop exercise plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
