Peraton is seeking an Operations Senior Business and Financial Operations Specialist (Operations Exercise Planner) to support USARPAC at Fort Shafter, Hawaii. You will lead a team of Exercise Planners and drive all-domain exercise planning for Pacific theater joint exercises.

You will also provide data analysis, budget support, and documentation to tell the command story while integrating Army space operations into planning. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with the Five Stages of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) is required.
• Experience with MDMP, Army Design Methodology (ADM) and Joint Planning Process (JPP) is required.
• Active Secret Clearance and US citizenship are required.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Exercise Planners and provide timely, accurate exercise planning.
• Support joint Army-to-Army exercises across the Pacific theater.
• Enhance capacity-building exercises and information exchange.
• Provide planning and operational services to support security programs.
• Develop exercise planning documentation and brief senior leaders.
• Manage resources and ensure adherence to standards.
