Job summary

Peraton seeks an Operations Senior Business and Financial Operations Specialist (Operations Exercise Planner) to support USARPAC at Fort Shafter, HI. Lead a team of exercise planners, deliver all-domain planning, and align goals with future operations across the Pacific theater.

You will develop plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders; travel up to 20% and maintain active secret clearance. Strong leadership and joint exercise experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Program Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Exercise Planners and provide planning direction for joint exercises across the Pacific theater.
• Develop detailed exercise plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.
• Coordinate and align goals and operational support with future operations.
• Provide planning and operational services for USARPAC G3X exercises.
• Integrate Army space operations into exercise planning.
• Build exercise planning documentation and related materials.
• Manage execution of exercise planning with multiple funding streams.
