Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking an Executive Support Action Officer (ESAO) to support SAF/SQ at the Pentagon. The role requires managing task flow, coordinating programs, and maintaining strong executive relationships while ensuring high attention to detail.

Ideal candidates will hold an active TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and 7–15 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in MS Office and task management systems ETMS2/CATMS. On-site work at the Pentagon with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 7–15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Strong MS Office proficiency for documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Ability to manage tasks and deadlines using ETMS2 and CATMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, assignment, tracking and closure of internal and external tasks.
• Manage the staff action tracking system and coordinate special programs.
• Facilitate and guide congressional actions and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.
