Job summary

KBR's National Security Solutions team seeks an Executive Support Action Officer to support SAF/SQ at the Pentagon. The role oversees task tracking, staff actions, and coordination with offices and stakeholders to meet national security objectives.

Candidates should have strong executive support experience and a TS/SCI clearance. Location is on-site at the Pentagon with standard 40-hour weeks and potential for additional duties supporting aerospace and defense programs.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required with ability to obtain and maintain access.
• Bachelor's degree and 7-15 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience supporting senior executives and stakeholders across large organizations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and standard business software for documents and reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct receipt, assignment, tracking and closure of internal/external tasks.
• Maintain and coordinate staff action tracking, special program actions, and congressional actions.
• Foster relationships with customers and stakeholders across the Directorate/Office.
• Ensure workload is managed with strict attention to detail and deadlines.
